Found in UGC 11725 at R.A. = 21h21m01s.73, Decl. = +9 10'50".4
Located 1".8 west and 10".6 north of the nucleus of UGC 11725

(with us was also 6 year old boy Matjaž)
8th of August 2001, at 21:43 UTC with CCD ST7 (no Filter), exposure:60s,
telescope SC 10", f/6.3", city Ljubljana, state Slovenia.
We estimate CCD magnitude near value 16.0.
Picture is bad quality because image has been done from city Ljubljana,
where light pollution is very strong.
